      Our goal is to repair everything we can, but each repair is different—and some things we cannot repair at all. Before sending us your repair, please send a photo to info@fieldsmith.ca.

      We strive to bring your item back to like-new condition using similar fabric and hardware. When original materials aren’t available, the item’s integrity is our top priority. Fabric colors may not be an exact match, but we’ll do our best to find the closest match possible.

      We charge $40.00 for round-trip shipping on all repairs. The repair work (in most cases) is covered by Fieldsmith.

      You can start your mail-in repair here. Once we receive your product, it takes us approximately 2 weeks to complete the repair.

      Please make sure you clean your product before sending it in, or the item will be returned to you to wash.
